I have issues with my scanner; therefore, I had to use my friend's scanner. The scanner also wasn't the best; therefore, I had to rely on Cassy Zito to upload the signed documents into DocuServe. She was extremely helpful and eased a lot of my anxiety in getting everything done within a 48 hour period.
