We had a little misunderstanding with our cake Saturday but I must say their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond correcting the situation. I have used them for several years now, multiple times a year. I am so appreciative and look forward to continuing business with them.

So grateful to Caramanda’s for their understanding! We had to cancel our wedding cake order because the ceremony was cancelled - thanks, Corona virus!! Caramanda’s refunded the price in full. We will be back when we finally get to have a reception! Thank you, Caramanda’s!!

Absolutely phenomenal in every aspect. We’ve always loved the cupcakes. They made the best birthday cake I’ve ever tasted and it was beautifully decorated. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
