I needed help and I got it at the Care Station in West Orange.
My PA is amazing, but there is absolutely no reason why, with the first appointment of the day (8am), I wasn’t taken in until 8:20. Again, my PA is worth the wait, but there was seemingly no reason for the wait, nor any acknowledgement.
Never had been there before staff was friendly and got me out as soon as possible
My experience as always was great. The staff was extremely nice. All of my questions were answered to the best of the staffs ability.
I was attended to very promptly. My complaints were dealt with correctly. There was only a slight glitch when my prescription was sent to the wrong CVS store, it they were able to retrieve it with no problem. Both the technician and the doctor were thorough and correct.

Got the right diagnosis / In and out quick / accepted my insurance / friendly staff
My mother in law was visiting from England while she was here she got poison ivy and shingles. I took her to the Care Station and everyone was very helpful. From checking her in to seeing Dr Green. The wait was a little long but once she started talking to Dr Green she felt comfortable and she forgot all about the wait and she said he was worth the wait! And being from out of the country it was affordable she did not have insurance. Thank you for taking great care of her!
