Very efficient, pleasant. Wait to be seen was not long. I came in with a clogged ear and the doctor took all the time he needed to remedy the problem. Problem solved—I could hear again.
Staff was very pleasant. Was seen in a fair amount of time (I was a drop-in, not scheduled.) My issue was nailed on the spot and meds called in. The meds were effective.
