I took my senior Boxer in today for coughing episodes. I thought the worst. Her heart, Cancer...something bad. I saw Dr McConnell. He (and his technicians) were fabulous!!! Gentle, reassuring, kind, personable, I didn't feel rush and felt very much at ease. He explained everything in detail and diagnosed her with Bronchitis. Medications, a follow up and we should be on our way to a full recovery. The front desk staff was also fabulous and got us in quickly! Thank you!!!
Thank you so much for your continued care of Bindi McFerren. We are so glad we transferred her there and were given some hope for her recovery. She is still battling and receiving the best care there. We also really appreciated the messages and texts from the techs. It really made our night and helped us when we can't be there.
Wanted to take a minute to thank the staff on Saturday my mother and girlfriend were taking my 15 year old cat to be put to sleep as he was very sick he passed away on the car ride there and the amazing staff took him in confirmed that he was gone made a paw imprint and put him in a box to be buried in all while being extremely supportive and caring all this with out charging a dime that is a amazing thing to know that you all care that much our dog we have now and ANY animals we adopt in the future will come to your facilit... read more
On Thanksgiving day my greyhound was in a bad accident and ended up w/ 5 laceration wounds. One of which was under his arm in a high muscle movement area. The staff took excellent care of my greyhound as soon as we showed up. They had a muzzle ready, and pain medication, he was given attention immediately. We brought our small dog in around 8 pm after a Rottweiler broke her chain and grabbed her. They took a lot of time to evaluate the dog and start emergency services. All the staff were very compassionate and careing. After 41/2 days of great care our dog is so very much better and ready for his own home. Thank you all so much!!!!
Last night my dogs stiches busted open from when I had her spayed on Tuesday and I had to bring her here the staff was very welcoming and friendly thank you guys for taking very good care of Diamond thanks to her tech Jordan and Dr. Rachel Fedje you guys where Awesome.You all have a very nice staff you guys Rock!
