Very good care and the prices aren't much different than from my regular vet. I also like it because there is around the clock care there.

Staff was amazing & helpful. We brought our very ill dog here on New Year's Eve of all days so it was alittle chaotic. Unfortunately, given the severity of his illness, we had to say goodbye to him 😢 The staff was supportive & helpful in guiding us through such a tough time. Thank you all.

on December 6 for the 3rd time in a row I needed their help with a pet and they answered the call. This time was my dog and she wasn't herself,they gave me the answers of what was wrong. Turned out to be a very serious heart problem. They gave me all the information and risks and options. I had to make a hard decision. They were good with my dog and me and that's what I personally look for. They were sympathetic and empathetic and that is another quality I look for they fit that bill. The faculty at CARE were fantastic! They took greta care in making sure my cat was provided the best treatment, discussed options, and were open and honest since the beginning. Lexi is now home, doing exceptionally well and is in fantastic spirits. I am so grateful for Dr. McConnell, Dr. Phillips, and all the technicians and other staff members for making sure she was on the mend and for their patience and kindness when I would call for check-ups and during our visit. We took our dog, Dakota in for a Ortho Consult and we were greeted immediately by friendly staff. The wait was a little long, but understandable being an emergency facility, as well. The Veterinarian who consulted on the case was straightforward and thorough. Besides the snarky comment about them not being a bank- when asked about paying for the procedure in installments, which I am quite aware of, we were happy with our visit and confident in pursuing the needed procedure to help our girl.

Several months ago, I took my diabetic cat here around midnight. The staff was very straight forward with me about how much testing I wanted to do. My cat was having seizures and unable to walk without running into the walls. I was very emotional because I thought that I would have to put my baby down because I thought he had something neurologically wrong with him. I agreed to IV's and minimal lab testing. Our soon to be 8 month old golden doodle was treated today after swallowing a scrunchie! My husband and kids and I were sick with worry. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They got the hair tie out and sent us home with our boy happy and healthy! Thanks guys for turning a very scary day around for our family!

People that define making the world a better place. Thank you Dr. Snyder for your knowledge, empathy and compassion. You turned a tragic and heart breaking event into one of peace and gentle transition. Our brief meeting is one I will remember always.
