I WAITED TWO MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT. LAST FRIDAY THE OFFICE HAD FLOOD. TODAY I WAS TOLD THEY DON 'T PREFORM A SERVICE AND WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO 4 DIFFERNT PEOPLE THEY AGREED AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. I TOOK TWO HALF DAYS OF WORK ONY TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND DISRESPECTED BY STAFF AND DR., HE ACCTUALLY SNICKERED AT ME. THE MEER FACT THAT WERE INSENSITIVE TO MY FERTILITY JOURNEY IS APPALLING. THE MEDICAL INDUSRTY SUFFERS BECAUSE OF THESE IGNORANT STAFF MEMEBERS. DONT USE THIS OFFICE.
Don't use them...been waiting 11 days for my biopsy...will not give me the report...will not let another doctor or PA go over the report with me! And since my doctor Capaluto is not available I have to just wait who knows how long to find out if I have CANCER!!
Arrogant. Dont get a second opinion because he will strongly resent it.
3 bad experiences in a year and a half. I do not believe he could care less about me and I caused no trouble
