Once I asked for details they immediately answered back and they called me within 5 minutes to further answer questions
I did purchase the truck. The folks at CarLink were helpful. The truck had a major dent which was not listed and it was so low on fuel that it ran out on the test drive. So it was not a smooth experience but it did work out at the end.
