Rick mahnke and staff were helpful and caring. We made what we thought was a fair offer, they thought about it, then, accepted it. So, a simple stress less process. Could not recommend car link any higher. Rick was definitely part of our decision to buy.
Ended up not buying the truck, but the salesman was very courteous. I would go back there if the right vehicle comes along.
