Communication was awful throughout the whole process. We were told several different times this is the only condition that it needs to to be cleared and as soon as we were cleared that condition then they would have another condition . This happened 4 times all the way through funding.

When contacting Mr. Gomez he did answer the phone and/or return my phone calls regarding questions for changes he needed. The area that had myself, my clients, and title upset was the overall secrecy when trying to find out why we were extending the contracts and changing things around. It made my clients extremely uncomfortable/ nervous as well as my title company. Not being able to offer them some sort of reassurance/ answer was a daunting task, as it is not something I have ever had to deal with prior to this transaction.... read more

Communication was non-existent, had very little to no idea the status of the loan or stage of the process at all times. Agent never made an effort to connect or earn future business.
