Bad Customer Service. Gave False information provided service which they did not explain earlier. Front desk lady extremely hostile tried to insist that she gave all the necessary information about the treatment however she has not provided any information. She blamed the patient for not understanding. She was arguing that she explained the process several times before. Extremely disappointed and insulted by that front desk lady I'm not going back to them again.
