Fair There was no housekeeping the first day and there were only a couple other people staying in the hotel! Our trash was overflowing, had to ask for new towels. The stairs going up to the room had ripped carpet, the blinds in our room were broken, and the dead bolt was very hard to turn. Worst of all, NO LIGHTS WERE ON OUTSIDE DURING THE NIGHT! VERY DANGEROUS! We left at 6:30 am and had to use our phone flashlights to see our way down steps and to the car. Staff was nice, but didn't seem concerned about any of this. The be... read more
