Grosse arnaque! La réception était fermée quand nous sommes arrivés à 21H30, heureusement une enveloppe nous attendait accroché au mur de l'établissement avec la clé. Le lendemain matin on s'est enregistré mais il n'a pas été possible de payer avec 2 cartes de crédit comme nous le faisons dans tous les hôtels où nous séjournons. Disappointing Inability to revise an invoice with an address and company name was quite disappointing. The amount of time I had to put in to simply request this was also unbelievable. They’ve been hard to reach, and apparently everything had to go through booking.com (which is not the case for every other hotel I booked via this website). After about a week of trouble I’ve come to learn that it’s hotel policy to not address invoices to companies. I don’t think I’ll bother to figure out why. Stay was fine
Underwhelming Floors dirty, bed was small and uncomfortable. Only two very small pillows, tv didn’t work, drink machine didn’t work, poor value for money Location
Disappointing "Pay at the property" was advertised by booking.com and I provided a different payment card at the location. They placed a hold on the card I used to reserve the room for more than the total amount of the hotel (over $800.00, room was $700+ for 2 nights). Until now this $800+ pending authorization is still "pending". And they had already charged my other card. Not the best! Beds not good, noise level not good, set up of room terrible. Internet was spotty system best. The room next to office check in needs better set up or perhaps needs to BE an office. You cannot see the television from the full bed nor other side of room. You cannot move television so it’s pretty inconvenient. No premium channels to watch or even purchase to watch, but then as I said the Internet was spotty kept going in and out the whole time we were there, we were told each time that they were trying to fix it.... read more
