Exceptional Everything was perfect! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. I rented a suite with the sitting room and that was perfect for me. The refrigerator is a nice size and we were able to put a gallon of water and a few bottles of wine in it. The refrigerator is built into the entertainment center, so it does not take up any extra floor space. The shower is gorgeous and just the right size. Location is great! The bathroom had issues...the sink was so close to the toilet that the tank cover didn’t stay on and we had to reach under the sink to reach the toilet flusher. Able to walk to shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, the beach and the market within 5-10 minutes.

Kiddos go to the new owners for cleaning up and sprucing up the place. Realizing Carmel has a water shortage the shower head admitted a small flow of water. Don't know if a different shower head will rectify the problem. Our shower stall had one or two chipped/tile pieces right in the center. I would keep a close eye on it so someone down the line doesn't nick their foot. Spanish Bay room. Good Was bagged and ready to go in a brown paper bag, 2 bear claws that were moldy, but I guess u get what u pay for . It was close to everything

Location was good The bed wasn’t comfortable, it was too hard. The bathroom toilet was so loud to flush. The noise startled us every time. It sounds like toilets in an airplane. My hubby didn’t flush it at nights because he was afraid it’s going to wake people up in the next guest room. Everything was in a short walking distance. The beach, shops and restaurants were easy to get to.

Awesome The bathroom counter was either too long or the toilet was installed to close to the counter/sink because the toilet lid to the tank couldn’t fit properly. Otherwise, everything else was good. Very close to town & it’s amenities. Comfortable bed & pillows. Great price for Carmel. Lots of parking spaces on the property.
