Excellent Personnel Situation
Clean rooms and premises. Great location. No AC in Carmel was explained to me which wasn't a big deal because of the ideal weather. Room had a fan that worked great. Would have been better if we could have opened a window. We opened the door for a while to get the room ventilated and then ran the fan. Breakfast was classic continental but they drop off to your room which was nice. Location is great. Staff was nice.

Convenient and comfortable inn with friendly staff and a complimentary breakfast served to your door A bit noisy when people walked by our room. Bathroom window opened to public walkway so not as private as we’d like. Being able to get into our rooms early afternoon when we arrived. Comfortable bed. Handy continental breakfast served to room.
