Great stay - had a total of four reservations for a wedding - no complaints by any of the other couples. We spent five nights. Good location. walkable to shopping and there are several great breakfast cafes/restauraunts within a four minute walk. Nice patio area on the upper level if the weather is good. Clean, good water pressure, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good staff, great responsiveness. Would recommend, and would stay at the Carmel Collection again
Don't let the exterior fool you. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated. No carpet, which I prefer!! Walking distance to so much. Ample parking.
Loved the location! Mattress fine, I slept well. There were ants in the bathroom around the vanity and also on the shutters in the room. The free breakfast was sort of picnic style. You pick it up in a cooler in the office. I didn't eat any of it.
We found our room clean and comfortable. The location was perfect,walking distance to everything and free parking at the door.
I was traveling from Atlanta and working remotely. I stayed two nights here and i ah e to say, the location is great! Easy access to ocean dr in Carmel and less than 10 minutes from Monterey. Jay came back to check us in since we got there a bit later in the night. Furthermore, after accidentally leaving my MACBOOK in the room after i and checked out, they called me and were very honest. People like this are hard to come by and i appreciate honesty above all else. You and your belongings are safe here.
