Great little property close to everything in Carmel. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops which was convenient for us to enjoy the area and not have to always be driving. The property is small and appears to be going through some renovations. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was updated with lots of new touches, but not yet completed. The location was absolutely perfect - most of the time we didn't even have a rental car, but had no trouble getting around without one. We stayed for a week so we were worried about having a smaller room with lots of luggage but our room (King suite) was huge! Most, if not all, places in town are much smaller so I highly recommend for a longer stay or folks with little kids!

The rooms are small and cozy. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location. If you need disability accessible parking, there is none. One spot is in front of the office, but you can’t utilize it, for it blocks other parking spots. Breakfast consist of a measured out cup of cereal, individual milks, a banana and an apple. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The desk man was a gem of a personality.

Everything was great! Very close to all the restaurants and shops. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. They even brought us an adorable breakfast in the morning to our door! We would definitely stay here again.
