I don't have the right words to express how amazing Carmelo Travieso was. Words could not do him justice . He was always right on top of things. If there was something that I didn't have a clear understanding of, he was more than happy to take the time to explain things to me . His door was always open . If I called and reached his voicemail he was sure to get back to me within the hour. I am so happy with my new home. I could not have made a better choice then Prime lending .

Carmelo is very knowledgeable and works extremely hard to make sure everything goes smooth. I don't think he sleeps so that he can be available to answer questions in a timely fashion and keep the process moving as quickly as possible. I saved a lot of money with my refinance so I'm a happy customer. Thank you!

Carmelo was amazing from the very beginning. I was new to the home buying process and never even thought owning a home would be a possibility. Carmelo walked me through the entire process, explaining things carefully (and repeatedly bc I would ask over and over again, lol.) step by step. He worked nonstop, even while on vacation to help answer any questions I had or even to calm me down when my nerves would get the best of me. I had the pleasure to work with Carmelo Travieso with my pre-approval and closing my loan. He was EXTREMELY helpful especially being a first time home buyer. He walked me through step by step on what I needed to provide to him in order to have a successful close on my loan. He was effective and efficient on answering all my questions and answered my questions in ways I can understand. That's a plus! Carmelo was absolutely awesome! He knows how to do his job very good. He helped us to get our house. He let us know what happens at every step of the process. He let us know if there were any issues and if he had any concerns. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. He let us know what we would need to get the process started and he was with us every step of the way. He was even at our closing. Definitely recommend Carmelo!
