Carol was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was very honest and responsive when necessary. The only issue we recognized was a disconnect between her and Thure. Thure at time would send emails that would be counter to what Carol and I discussed. Additionally, I would send Carol documents and information that Thure would later ask me for which revealed a disconnect within the team.
