Carol gave me the right advice on right time which helped me improve my credit score which ultimately gave me a great interest rate and a better down payment option. Carol and her team were excellent. Unfortunately, one piece of reasonable advice they gave me was to trust McLean Mortgage. McLean Mortgage pulled its rate lock program the very day I tried to access it. If it wasn't a breach of contract, it certainly was a breach of trust. Carol and her team had to work really hard to get me a loan that was remotely within range of what I had locked. I'm grateful to her and her team for their Herculean efforts.

A representative from McLean Mortgage Company intentionally misled me and provided false information in order to coerce me to getting to closing prematurely. A week after closing, the property is still uninhabitable and not completed.
