Initial Braces Consult My dentist had recommended Dr. Kent. He was very cordial. I had set up the appointment over the phone- given my insurance info, dentist info, what the dentist wanted checked out, etc. The nurses were very nice and my kids LOVED it there- waiting room was full of fun stuff to occupy them (which was a very good thing as I had my son in tow- he's 12 and, of course, this was the one day he had no homework to busy him). Great service and very professional My appointment this morning to Carolina Braces was with Dr. Kent about my TMJ and the correction needed to help me feel better. The front desk staff were very nice. Carey was excellent, very warm and professional. Dr. Kent is going to talk with my long standing dentist Dr. Sykes to see what has taken place prior to my appointment today. I am hopeful and looking forward to my next appointment to see where I go next. I would definitely refer a friend to see Dr. Kent.
Cutting Edge Treatment, Kind and Caring Staff I was so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Kent's office. We were greeted and welcomed by the friendly front desk staff, then waited almost no time before Carey came to get us. She was caring, kind and professional.
