I chose Carolina Carpet and Floors to remove my old carpet and install new carpet and padding. What a wonderful experience! From meeting Jamie in the store to scheduling an estimate & installation. She was amazing! Deanna & Milton were very helpful every time I called into the store. The installers, Carlos & team were fantastic!. . I am well pleased with my carpet and the entire process.
If you need padding for your carpet you definitely need to come here to these guys!! I went in there to buy padding for 2 carpets my husband bought online. These guys went above and beyond the call of professionalism to be nice to a lady to did not deserve it. For that I thank you. I should have asked better questions and then I would have been better informed. It was my mistake, not your wonderful employees!!
