Deanna helped me yesterday and she was very rude. I just brought an apartment building and wanted to carpet the rooms. I left and went to lowes and had great prices and great customer service. I have no idea where the good reviews came from because they are not true.

Almost a month and 4 phone calls still no one bothers to call my tenants to set up an appointment. Must be nice to not care about repeat business.
