I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Ron Banik. He is the owner and dentist at Carolina Family Dentistry in North Charleston. I went to him to get some minor cavities filled and a wisdom tooth extracted in preparation for getting braces. After his thorough $175 diagnostic examination, he told me I also needed a root planing procedure for all four quadrants of my mouth.
