The guys were very quick and efficient. Gave a few tips on how to work the battery packs for the couch. Suggested felt pads to protect the floors they all were kind and professional.

I walked into Carolina Furniture Concepts for the first time today. Luckily I was greeted by Carol, one of the sales people. She took me around this huge showroom and within 15 minutes I bought a beautiful room full of furniture. She listened to exactly what I wanted and led me around to a perfect design for my room. She is a wonderful sales person and I will return to purchase more furniture!

Reis was very nice and helpful. The sale offered great value. My only objection is the two hundred dollar delivery fee. Well, I did expect a fee that was about double what I was expecting
