Helpful without being annoying. Very friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable about store products and procedures. Furniture shopping is not my favorite thing to do but I actually enjoyed my experience at Carolina Concepts.

My experience was super great! Me and my husband was welcomed by a very nice young man named Reis he was extremely helpful and polite. During our stay we purchased a beautiful living room set and we can't wait to receive it. Thank you Reis for all your help and kindness.
