Came in to look at furniture and found some things we liked. Why is there a "No Refunds" Policy? Simple, if you look for the same furniture online, you can find it for THOUSANDS less. They push to get you to sign, and then you're stuck! We got taken for about 3k more than we could have gotten the EXACT furniture and protection plans elsewhere. Don't be fooled by the sales. It is priced too high, so they can "cut you a deal". No Refunds... I will not go back, and I will dissuade anyone I know from going there. Sorely disappoi... read more
We called Debbie as we needed two additional chairs. As usual, she was great. She added them to an existing order and delivery. Anytime we need furniture in the future, Debbie is going to be our go to person.
Debbie was absolutely wonderful. We gave her a general idea of what we wanted and she did the rest. She was so knowledgeable and took extreme care to address our needs. We will be back to work with her as we update some more of our furnishings. Never worked with anyone any better.

I purchased a power recliner at the Arden store. I explained to my sales person Tiffany that I was home bound and couldn't actually come to the store. They delivered the chair I bought and it was terrible! Very cheap and not sturdy at all. I told Tiffany I needed a big man's chair. She said she would work with me to get me a different chair.
