Carolina Furniture Concepts in Arden coerced me and sold me an incorrect foundation for an expensive Tempur-Pedic mattress. They refuse to exchange the foundation for free and insist I must pay $200 to have a lower foundation delivered. The one they sent me is unusable as it is so high up that I cannot even get into the bed! I spoke with Me. Ceyanne Brooks today to straighten out an issue with my delivery address. She was so lovely, gracious and professional and handled everything expediently. She gave me a call back to reassure me that everything was changed to the correct address and imparted that she very excited for us about our purchase. It made me feel secure in the knowledge that we came to the right place for our furniture needs. She is an asset to your company!! She is wonderful!!
Your salesperson Debbie Waldron took over for Ceyanne (who we saw yesterday - but had a day off today). Both were very knowledgeable, professional kind and made both my husband and I feel very comfortable with browsing and finally our purchase. Also, Debbie and Ceyanne were very helpful and patient. We are thrilled with our purchase today and want to thank them both for being so wonderful!

I have been a loyal customer of 20 years and have already spent thousands of dollars this year alone. Your company just lost at least a $20,000 sale over an $800 TV stand that you would not exchange or refund. It hasn’t even been delivered. Your blind ignorance and greed doesn’t make good business sense. But, with your sales volume you probably just don’t care. I’m simply stunned.

I ordered and paid for an item 7 weeks ago. It finally came and it is damaged and not usable. The manager said I have no choice but to wait for another shipment and would not give me refund. She was terse and obviously did not care that she has had use of my $638.79 and I have nothing.
