Mike and his brother in law came and replaced the carpet on our stairs. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. We have had the stairs done before but The Carpet Barn had t h e best materials and great price. Going to refer all my friends. Mi k e & Debbie
We had an amazing team from our Sales Michael to the installation Team Eddie, Jose & Auntie, we were so happy with the way the LVP Kitchen, bath & front entry carpet upstairs & downstairs that we feed them lunch, coffee, water for their time helping with some moving of our heavy furniture!! the price was very affordable, and the sales team was the most knowledgeable of all the retailers' we shop at THANK YOU, Carpet Barn for a Non stressful experience Randy & Shelly

Debra was so helpful and knowledgeable she helped me pick a perfect flooring for my needs and budget, and I cannot say enough good about the installation crew!! Victor and his men were professional and knew what they were doing they were respectful of my home and stuff and cleaned up everything after they were done with the job they ever swept the carport. Worked with Debbie on E. Sprague Ave and she was very helpful. I had tons of questions and she answered them all and was very knowledgeable about the flooring options. Our installation was done by Eddie and Juan from J&D Flooring (Debbie booked them) and I can't say enough nice things. They were friendly and prompt and very skilled. They have their craft down! I was very impressed with how wonderfully the stairs turned out. 5 stars to Debbie, Eddie and Juan! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

I was helping my parents choose carpet and LVP. We had already been to several stores, which had created more questions than answers. Pete was tremendously patient with my parents. He answered all questions, and guided us through every option. He presented many estimates for the scenarios we were entertaining. This helped us to make a decision right there, as to the route we would take. In the end, my parents actually chose Carpet Barn because of Pete. We were excited to see our new LVP installed in our basement recreation room. When I came home from work I couldn't believe how nice it looked. I would recommend Carpet Barn to anyone who wants a nice job on their flooring needs. I give them a five star review.
