I was helping my parents choose carpet and LVP. We had already been to several stores, which had created more questions than answers. Pete was tremendously patient with my parents. He answered all questions, and guided us through every option. He presented many estimates for the scenarios we were entertaining. We were excited to see our new LVP installed in our basement recreation room. When I came home from work I couldn't believe how nice it looked. I would recommend Carpet Barn to anyone who wants a nice job on their flooring needs. I give them a five star review.

Deb was patient and kind assisting our folks in selecting their flooring. Randy, the installer (during COVID, with no place for elderly people to safely go) was super nice and worked around them as they installed the flooring in separate sections. Everyone was very helpful - highly recommend.

We recently had new hardwood flooring installed. Bob did a great job guiding us through the process and setting everything up. The install crew was amazing: professional, courteous and terrific to work with. Our only disappointment was with the baseboard install; we are going to have to caulk and putty the gaps between the sections.
