Carpet concepts recently replaced all if the flooring in our condo with a combination of wall to wall carpet and vinyl tile. Lori and her team were wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend them From sales to installation everyone went above and beyond to help us from start to finish. Donny (the installation manager) will assure that you are 100 % satisfied with and proud of your new flooring. Kudos to everyone!
We have used Carpet Concepts numerous times. Always friendly help making the selections. The installers were very professional. They went over everything with us prior to beginning the installation and really seemed like they cared and wanted it to be just right. Try them, you won't be disappointed.
This is our second time working with Chuck and Lorrie at Carpet Concepts. We are replacing our wall-to-wall carpet and couldn't ask for better customer service. Both have been very helpful regarding measurements, color selection, and even counseled us on care and upkeep. Lorrie also met us at the store on her day off so that we could finalize our purchase. Highly recommend.
The install went great, the guys did a great job, were friendly, courteous and cleaned up completely. The new carpet feels great, so great I am going to do another bedroom in the same carpet.
We purchased carpet and laminate, the installation went perfect. Lorrie was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She guided us through the entire process and helped us make the right choices for our needs. I would purchase from Carpet Concepts again.
The whole experience was terrific. Our salesperson, Mary, was very patient with our questions as we asked about a large range of flooring options for our sitting room and dining room. We were so pleased with the value that we also had the nursery room carpeted at the same time.
