We have been getting our carpets and flooring from Carpet Concepts since you opened - at least 30 years! We have had carpet and flooring installed in every one of our homes and condo - from bedrooms, recreation rooms, kitchens, family room and our entire condo! This was the first time we used Carpet Concept, Inc., but it won’t be the last. Scott was great in helping us with hardwood flooring in my family room. The price was competitive, and the installation was perfect. It is beautiful and matches very nicely with the rest of the hardwood that is almost 30 years old.

I work for a builder and recently contracted with Carpet Concepts for our flooring/tile needs. Dave was easy to work with - he was always available for any questions I had and went "above and beyond" with my customer (homebuyer). Carpet Concepts has quality products and a large selection - my customer had no problem finding exactly what they were looking for. The pricing was fair and the installation was on-time and professional. They also stand behind their work. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone!
Used Carpet Concepts to replace family room carpet. Worked with Scott in picking out our carpet. He was very informative about the types of carpets and their wear, plus made made great recommendations for our use. Also he was very accommodating in allowing us to take samples to the house so we could choose the right color for our room. Would definitely work with them again.
From the showroom to the day my flooring was installed I can only say it was a wonderful experience. Scott explained the entire process of vinyl planking and suggested a perfect product. Dennis did the install in one day. He was amazing too. My old basement is now our favorite living space. Thank you Carpet Concepts! I would highly recommend them to everyone.
