He was punctual, professional, and the quality of his work was top notch. If you’re looking for a tiling company in Bay County, I strongly recommend Carpet Connection. They had it done very quickly and were awesome to work with.
I needed a piece of trim tile for my bathroom which was broken when my new glass doors were installed. My tile had been discontinued. I found this company in a google search thst indicated they had my tile. I called and Natalie was able to find my tile trim. She went above and beyond in not only finding a few pieces for me but shipped it to me timely. Thus saving a re-tile job for my master shower! Customer service **********. !! Thank you is not enough!
This is the second install Caroet Connection has done for us. One was carpet (2017), the other was vinyl plank flooring (2022). Both jobs were reasonably priced, professionally and timely installed and exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend them for any flooring installation.
