I had new carpet put in my Bedroom Closet. Everytime I walk on it I have nails or something poking in my feet. I also had new flooring put in a different room and it has a big air bubble. It's been 2 months and nobody will come correct the problem...I've called this Company several times. I would not recommend buying from here.
I have never been treated so badly. We hired Carpet Connection Panama City. We hired them for simple subway tile installation for a kitchen back splash and 3 showers. The grout was different colors. The grout was inconsistent. The tiles were uneven and protruding. We asked the owner to re-do the job. He came to see the tile and admitted the job was horrible. But yet refused to fix it.
