The installation was contracted out. They had very good guys install the carpet and we were completely satisfied with the purchase and service we received. We had all of our carpet replaced. They were very professional and knowledgable.

Most of the work was planned and coordinated by phone. They also had to coordinate their work around painters we had also scheduled. All work was done exactly as requested. We couldn't have been more satisfied. Replaced carpeting with hardwood flooring in the family room, three bedrooms and two halls. Work was performed after closing on the house but before we moved in and while we were living in another state.

The experience was mostly really good. We did a home addition and the company was really good at the order. We ended up in kind of a crunchwith multiple contractors here at the same time trying to finish up because the project was about twoweeks behind and we had to finish. The lead installer was not a great team player as far asworking with and around the other contractors. But he did great work. On his own the carpet stuff was good.
