It was a very good experience. They did a great job. Don was very good at coming out and measuring everything on time. They have a wide variety of options to select from. Their work ethic is very good and they were very helpful. I needed something different and they were able to accommodate me accordingly. They installed new flooring and new carpet.
It was the first wood floor that I’d ever had. It’s an actual store and the prices at the time were very good. They helped me select an appropriate floor. They made recommendations based on the fact that I had told them that I wasn’t going to stay here forever. They showed up on time. The work was very clean. Worst installation I have seen. Too many things wrong to take time to list. Replace viinyl flooring in kitchen, dinette & master bath.
It was terrible. We had to have a separate mediation. They are a terrible company to do business with, very close to being fraudulent. It was several years ago. I would never do business with them again. I couldn't recommend them. They misrepresented, we asked for a replacement of a similar type of pad that we had, which was a very thick pad. They gave a quotation on it and then they came in and gave a very thin cheap pad and then they claimed, "Oh no, that was never part of the deal." So we had the entire closet area of abo... read more
This is the second time I used the company. The first time I was happy with the service so I hired them again. The installation of tile is unsatisfactory. The flooring they installed does not butt up again the walls. They didn't caulk at all. The workers could not get out of here quick enough. I would not recommend them. They put down vinyl flooring.
Never got contactedfrom this site or message that was leftand were in the midst of getting several bids on approx. 2100 sq ft of upscale carpeting and 3 baths and a mudroom in tiling. Went with Lowes who came in with low bid. Nothing.
