They are really good people! My brother recommended Carpet Spectrum to me. He goes to church with Tim, the owner of the company, and he said that they would treat me right. I knew within two minutes of hitting the door that Tim was a really good man, and that he was not out to take advantage of me. Apartment carpets cleaned John and Chris were very friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning my carpet. I usually clean my carpets once a year but with covid it's been since spring 2019. They said for not being cleaned for so long my carpets were in good shape and what stains there were would easily be removed. Very pleased and would definitely recommend carpet spectrum if you need your carpet cleaned.

Competent! Professional! Good work! Carpet Spectrum was on-time, professional, and got the job done. This was during the pandemic and I was very concerned about people coming into my home. But they came in, measured, and installed the carpet without a problem. I'm very happy with my new carpet from Carpet Spectrum.

Carpet cleaning and replacement Carpet Spectrum is the best! Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose carpeting for our dressing room. Shon cleaned our upstairs carpets and it is was than it has ever been since it was installed! Dontay installed our dressing room carpet and could not have done a better job.I highly recommand this company. Great job guys!
