Awesome complex! I’ve lived here 6 yrs and love my home. The staff is very efficient and helpful. Maintenance crew is very responsive and fixes any issues.
Love it I love this property it's quite and family friendly we have a BBQ area swimming pool gym and play area for my grandson and a park for my support animals. The office staff is very understanding and professional I just have noticed multiple people leave the office and new workers come. But all and all a great staff. Fast maintenance response. I love it 4 months in no problems.
Nice Quiet and secluded Overall it was great experience, working with Katie. She was very sweet, professional and understanding. I would have gave them a 5 star only if they knew how to answer the phone. From going to see the Apartments, from getting approved, from moving in, I did all the calling until I realized they communicate better via email. My place is exactly how I want it besides not having a fireplace in my unit.
Love my home I love my home I have live here going on 4 yrs, its quite, clean noise free. Love the ladies that work in the office they all are very nice and sweet. Looking for a good home come to the carriage house Apt you won't regret it.
Nice and easy experience. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. The area is quiet and in a convenient location. I like that there's a park nearby and the sidewalks are nicely lit and in clear view in case you want to go for a jog or walk. There are a lot of restaurants close by.
Property The master closet is awesome and really good location. It is a great space for the buck....assigned parking would be great and is needed..hint hint...lol
Love my place I love my place been here a year no complaints everyone in the office is nice will help with any questions you may have come live at the carriage house you'll love your new home
