Don't do it. Mice, roaches and squirrels will be in your building. Pull out your stove and dishwasher to see they have any mouse dookie. Check your AC vents as well. Prepare to have the water shut off constantly. If you're on the first floor im sure you will have plenty of creatures to fight. Predatory towing. Incompetence in maintenance men. Grave mistake to move here It would be the biggest mistake of your life to move here I've been here since 2010 and it is not the same place I've been without heat for four days now and it's thirty one degrees outside. I wanted to renew my lease went into the office on the second of January and the only person that knows what to do Donna was not there had to go back on Monday to try again and got charged late fees because the other person there didn't know what she was doing. You Do Their Job Don’t even waste your time at this property. They don’t tell you anything , and you have to call them and get all the information for them to process when they get ready. I learned a lot and they kept all my money before I could even sign a lease. I’ve never been in this situation before and they get to enjoy my money for themselves l.
