Care was good. Medication schedule got a bit off track. Spent a lot of time in bed which is not normal. Nurse Madison was great.

I like being at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville because it is a very nice building, but the employees are what makes it a good environment. Never had a problem here and received fantastic care. All the staff here are exceptional and are great all around. Even my family say how amazing everyone is here.

I like being at Carriage Inn because I met a lot of nice people, some that you know right away. The people that work here are great and the meals are good, much better than other places. The staff members are all great, especially the physical therapists. The staff make my stay better here by joking around which makes it fun. They get things for you so you don't have to get up and down. I appreciate that they wash my clothes for me. The Physical Therapy has been very helpful, big staff can handle a lot of people. They have been very accommodating and the food here is very good. I would recommend Carriage Inn because of the care I received, and all the staff has been very nice.

The people that work here are wonderful, never had anyone who was mean. They answer the call light very fast. All departments are very good, help out anyway they can. Been in four hospitals and I have never seen staff like this, they are worth every penny. They have changed my perspective. Matt from therapy has been very helpful with helping me with stretching tips. Also therapy staff have helped me walk 20 steps, this is something I have never done before. My husband and mother have been at the Carriage Inn on and off for the past year. The staff here are great. Their care has been wonderful. They have been really great with my husband and his confusion. The therapists were also great when working with them to meet their goals to go home. They both especially liked the care they received from nurses Rita and Melissa. The rooms are clean and housekeeping does a great job. I would recommend Carriage Inn to others. We are a family that has great trust and faith in the care you provide from lived experience. The care you provided for my mother years ago, created the ongoing relationship of care for other family members. The most recent experience was for our 95 year old Pap Blaire who was at end stages of his life and the care he was given gave us all comfort and peace at a difficult time of many emotions. Thank you for all you do!!

Great experience there. Everyone treated me nice. They always kept my coffee cup full. Helped me get back on my feet even though I didn't want to go anywhere but home. It was a decision to go there. I would recommend Carriage Inn to anyone and tell people when they need help that's the place to go.
