I am at the Carriage Inn every day to visit my father. He is very blessed to be a resident there. Not only are the services outstanding, and far exceed even my expectations, but my father himself says he feels safe and secure at the Carriage Inn. I rarely give 5 stars for anything, but I do when it comes to the Carriage Inn. Steve, Johnna, Erica, and the entire nursing and nursing assistant staff are top notch professionals and I trust them fully when it comes to the care of my father.

I am missing the peace, serenity, and the meals at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville. The overall staff were the highest quality of medical individuals I have met in a long time. Noah, one of the nurses, showed me around when I arrived and helped me to get acquainted with the building. The entire staff made me feel well cared for, encouraged me to continue my physical therapy, and made me feel that I was not alone. Overall, general staff was top notch and I do miss them. Staff is very friendly and very professional. They go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. I also like how the nurses answer questions about my medications and are patient with me. The nurses listen to me and explain things in a way I understand. I like that they plan activities.

I like the residents and I love the employees. Everyone here is so nice. I will miss everyone, the staff and all of my friends. While I was here, I enjoyed activities, talking with everyone, and sitting in the lounge playing cards. I especially liked the two nurses, Mandy and Brooklyn, they were both so sweet and nice. Vicki in social services has helped me so much. I appreciate Pam, Sonnie, and MaryLou in activities. They are very friendly and helpful.

My stay here was good. Meals were on time and great. Staff are pleasant even when I needed medication at night. It was very quiet at night, so I could sleep. Staff brought me the things I needed. I would return to the Carraige Inn of Steubenville, should I need rehabilitation, again.

I have been treated very good and asked everyday if I would like a shower. The place and the people are excellent. I have enjoyed my stay and would refer others to come to the Carriage Inn of Steubenville. Therapy here is excellent and they are the best girls and guys around. I really hate to leave, but I need to get back home.

My stay at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville has been good. The food could be better. Therapy services have been excellent. The staff here has been great, friendly, caring and understanding. If I need skilled services in the future, I will return to the Carraige Inn.

I enjoyed my stay at Carriage Inn of Steubenville. Everyone was so friendly and caring. The room I was in on the TCU unit was very spacious and clean, it allowed room for my family to come in and visit, and us not feel cramped. The visiting hours were great, it made it possible for my family to come in before or after work or even in the evenings.

Everyone treats me real good, I have no complaints. I enjoy the activities; we play bingo, listen to music and enjoy lots of food. And in the summer, I love to sit on the porch out front like I did when I was home. This is the 2nd time I have been here and I always come here before anywhere else.
