RecommendedWe recently had a maintenance issue, so I submitted a work request via the online portal late one night. The next morning, I had a knock at the door and it was James, a maintenance technician, whom had arrived to fix my issue. He was super helpful and had my faucet fixed within about 5 minutes. James was very personable and was helping the crew here because they were so busy. He was from the complex across the street that is owned by the same group that owns this one. I recently had a leaky AC unit. Place a call for service and within the hour Dale was out here and fixed in 10 minutes. I have to say that the maintenance crew does a great job of being on top of things here at Carriage Place.

I have needed some minor work done twice and the maintenance team was very prompt and efficient. Most recently, on the hottest day of the year, my air conditioner stopped working. I contacted the Leasing Office the next morning and within an hour the maintenance team had arrived and had fixed the problem. I’m glad to live in a place where residents’ concerns are respected and dealt with so promptly. Plus, everyone on the management and leasing teams are very nice and pleasant to deal with.
The maintenance crew is always very nice and takes care of us. We enjoy living somewhere that cares about the well-being of the residents!
