The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our blinds were repaired pretty quickly. Just a couple of days and everything was fixed. We love how quiet it can be. Great place to live! 🌸
We loved living at Carriage Place! Any maintenance was completed in a few days. Great price for what you get. Close location to a grocery store. Neighbors are friendly. Although, we lived on the second floor and could hear both downstairs and upstairs neighbors. Only reason we moved was because we needed a different location. We recommend!
I just wanted to take a moment and thank Suzanne Welker. She made the leasing process so easy. Suzanne is very patient and professional. Carriage place really has someone great in their staff!!
I lived here from 2020-2022. Very quiet location and neighbors. Close to restaurants and shopping. The unit and outside property were very well maintained. Loved the 9 foot ceilings! Only drawback was the appliances and cabinets were outdated and showing their age. However everything functioned as it should. I would RECOMMEND carriage place apartments to anyone looking for a nice apartment at a fair price.
Called Saturday morning at 9:30am because heat was out, maintenance was here at 10:30am and in 15 minutes it was repaired. Great job!
