The experience was great because Carrie kept me informed with lots of time prior to every deadline. She never rushed me. It can be stressful to find and upload document after document, but Carrie was upbeat and encouraging. At the same time, she ensured that I got everything completed so that closing day was calm and joyful. We wouldn’t be in our home today without Carrie.
