Carrie reached out at times just to check in on the status, and when a place was finally found (2+ years in), a 15 day close was done. Per my realtor, that's absurdly fast. I did have to scramble at times, but for the most part, it worked. And as a side example, I am a bit of a cybersecurity nerd. Carrie listened to my explanation about why the current solution United was using was a poor one, relayed it to the external provider, and it was changed. She didn't have to do that, and I appreciated that.
