Carter literally saved my purchase. My buyers were using an online lender to purchase a home in San Diego. The online lender did not come through and produce loan docs on time. We were facing cancellation. We contacted Carter and he put a rush on everything !! As a result the seller extended our escrow and we were able to save the transaction and close escrow.
