I had the pleasure of working with Carter last month. It was our first TRID file together so we kinda didn't know what to expect. Carter kept me and the listing agent up to date weekly or whenever he received new information on the file. The deal was scheduled to close in 45 days but Carter got it done in 25. He is a phenomenal loan officer and I highly recommend him and will definitely work with him again.
