I'd use Carter every time Carter is extremely professional. Any question that I could think of was answered and not with some BS answer, but with an intelligent answer that could be confirmed through outside sources. He was able to find the right program to meet my individual needs and was very quick. Every Friday, I would receive a end of week email that let me know where I was at in the process and what was the next steps, even if we had already spoken earlier in the week. I would use Carter every time.
