Very slow service... you need about 3-4 hours for an annual eye exam

Dr. Carter is great, however, my experience has been terrible. I went for my annual exam almost 4 weeks ago and was not given my prescriptions nor asked if I needed glasses or contacts, both of which, I need. I have called 5 times since then to get the prescriptions. Each time, I have been told I would receive a callback and have received nothing.
The Doctors and medical staff are great. But, I am having a problem with glasses that I purchased there about 9 months ago. I have spoken with Marsha about the problem. She was very supportive promising to look into the problem and "promised" to call me back. She did not. I have called and left multiple messages for three days/ Marsha will not take or return my phone calls. Carter Eye Center is great unless you have a problem. If you do, good luck!

DO NOT go here! Run Fast! As soon as they get your $$$ the procedure and customer service is terrible. My daughter is still wearing glasses, too!
I had my Lasik procedure performed at Dr. Carter's Office. The consultation and procedure went fantastic!! Now, after the procedure customer service has been extremely disappointing to say the least. I had a few follow-up check-ups and they went fine. Fast forward after the procedure and initial follow-ups and there have been a few occasions I have called with questions. Horrible customer service. I ordered glasses back in November, and have not received them yet. I keep making phone calls and no one will call me back. Avoid this place at all cost! I wish there was a way to leave zero stars in my review.
Beware of public misinformation - false advertising & deception. The contents of the "review page" on their official website is Fraudulent ... if you were to go to the websites the reviews are supposedly from you will see that THEY ARE NOT REAL. If anyone was planning on getting LASIK do not use Dr Harvey Carter!!! My mom went in to get a lens put in and he put the wrong one in. No apology what so ever!!! The van driver was bringing her home and he's the one who figured it out.
