con artists! Gave my info to a third party who billed me double what I was estimated.
I had a great experience for my yearly check. I made an appointment for cosmetic services and that’s where it went downhill. The person was underwhelming and completely unprepared. I asked why I would choose them with others offer more competitive prices. She said because our machine is 3 months old. That’s it. I asked her about pricing and this is where things really went south. She quoted me one price but kept saying they could offer a package of 3. She was just throwing numbers out there and finally left the room to get... read more
I have been twice and seen a NP not a MD ... still paid the full price co pay
I called over 6 weeks ago and explained to the lady that I had pilar cysts on my head that I needed removed. She made me an appointment and told me that they might remove them that day or that I might have to make another appointment to come back and have them removed. Fast forward to today. After driving an hour, paying a $94 copay, I see the PA for less than 3 minutes. She tells me I have pilar cysts (duh) and that they don't remove them and that they can refer me to a plastic surgeon. $94, 2 hours of driving time, and a q... read more

Annual skin check Paying for that teenage tanning Thankful for check ups.
First time going to a dermatologist as my primary recommended I go have some “questionable” moles checked out and get a baseline check to monitor said moles. I was seen for literally 5 mins, they only looked at my back and I was told they were moles/age spots and they could freeze them but it would be considered cosmetic and insurance wouldn’t cover it. Made a joke how I was probably her easiest pt of the day and left. Never told me what I should look for, how often I should have them checked, what I should be concerned abou... read more
Thanks for this unexpected opportunity to get in touch with you for the 1st time since my visit 3+ days ago. You wrote 2 prescriptions for me approximately 11am and as of my last check with my pharmacy 3 days later, they still had not received them, now we are into Sunday, so I guess I’ll be in the same Pain until at least Monday hopefully someone will contact the pharmacy on Monday, almost A full week since my visit. Please follow through with this and Call me.
Dr. Hren has always been a great dermatologist to visit, but the front desk staff keeps forgetting to write down appointments. This is the second time in 3 and 1/2 years they've forgotten to record an appt. for me. I'm not the only one this happened to! The staff did not allow me to see any drs., even though it was their mistake! Not very professional.
