Thanks for this unexpected opportunity to get in touch with you for the 1st time since my visit 3+ days ago. You wrote 2 prescriptions for me approximately 11am and as of my last check with my pharmacy 3 days later, they still had not received them, now we are into Sunday, so I guess I’ll be in the same Pain until at least Monday hopefully someone will contact the pharmacy on Monday, almost A full week since my visit. Please follow through with this and Call me.
Dr. Hren has always been a great dermatologist to visit, but the front desk staff keeps forgetting to write down appointments. This is the second time in 3 and 1/2 years they've forgotten to record an appt. for me. I'm not the only one this happened to! The staff did not allow me to see any drs., even though it was their mistake! Not very professional.
I wish it would allow me to do 0 starts. Don't waste your time or money. My husband and I both were patients there, and the service was OK- nothing special, but you always have to wait a long time to get an appointment, and of course you wait forever when you are there due to them always being behind. My husband had 1 appointment he missed (completely our fault- we understand that) but they charged us $100! We called and tried to talk to them about how we both go there and we wont be coming back if they make us pay this, so ... read more

Please call our office for explanation of the $100 charge. Our no show policy is as follows: Missed Appointments/Late Cancellations If you need to cancel an office visit, please notify our office at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time so we can offer this time to another patient. If you fail to keep your appointment or cancel without proper notification there will be a $25.00 fee. If you are unexpectedly delayed, please contact our office.
They are not taking new patients and not exactly friendly or helpful on the phone. I would recommend going elsewhere. Even if 3 of your 4 family members are patients, your 4th family member will not be accepted if they haven't been seen before. Does that make sense? I will be going elsewhere.
